No. Medication is optional and prescribed only when medically appropriate. Many patients focus on nutrition, lifestyle changes, and accountability alone.

Yes. The program includes up to three standard lab panels per year. Additional targeted or specialty labs may incur extra cost.

Yes. After completing the initial 3-month enrollment period, the program continues month to month and may be cancelled with 30-day advance notice.

No.  We’ve found that many insurances do not cover many of the things within our program.  In addition, as deductibles continue to rise, even if the program is covered, the insurance costs seem to be insurmountable.

To keep the program affordable for our members, reduce confusion about what is or isn’t covered, and prevent hidden surprises the program has been moved to 100% cash/credit card payment.

Yes, as a medical weight/health management program it does qualify as a medical expense under your HSA/FSA.  We will provide receipts as requested for you to submit.

This program is medically led & evidence based. Our team works with numerous compounding pharmacies to create more options that are targeted specifically for you.  There are many things that can go wrong when self-administering (without training) or self-dosing or not monitoring progress. 

The Renew program is built on the foundation of Simplicity Health’s personalized care and adds the benefit of care coordination when you are a patient with a PCP at Simplicity.

While the minimum commitment is 3 months, many patients have continued for a year or longer to achieve and maintain results with ongoing support.
