Dear Simplicity Health Patients,
We are excited to announce a change to our billing and payment system. You will now be able to see statements and pay balances on MyChart for Simplicity Health!

For billing questions our phone number is: 320-227-5009
What does this mean? You will have more immediate information available to you regarding balances and statements on MyChart. Also, your calls will now be answered by a team member of Simplicity Health instead of an outside company.
What if I’m not on MyChart? We do encourage you to sign up as it’s a faster way to communicate with your providers, see updates and results, as well as pay any patient balances. If you’ve never had an account on MyChart, paper statements will be sent to you.
What if I’m on MyChart but still want paper statements? You will need to login to MyChart to turn off paperless statements OR ask one of our staff to turn it off for you after September 15 th . Please note: current mail standards are sometimes delaying statements up to 30 days.
How do I sign up for MyChart? Go to: https://mychart.centracare.com and create an account. (Note that this is not an account with CentraCare, Simplicity Health has a secure site within CentraCare MyChart.)
I just got a statement, and it has an address in Bloomington? You can drop off your payment at Simplicity anytime, mail it to the address below, OR mail it to the address on your statement. There will be a short window while our old billing company
will still process payments.
Can I get statements via email? Unfortunately, no. Due to privacy concerns we can only alert you about a statement via email. You will still need to log on to MyChart to see the statement or pay the balance.
